Innovation Tools

nnovation Tools contains a complete series of tool sets used to facilitate both Innovation and Future Shaping work inside of organizations.

They are divided into five (5) distinct tool sets – each with its own unique purpose. These tool sets are:

1. Strategic Innovation Management – for the planning, governance, and management of an innovation program.
2. Strategic Foresight – for managing the scanning and analysis of trends and events, as well as the forecasting of future scenarios.
3. Strategic Futuring – for managing the casting of new visions and the formation of new strategies.
4. Needfinding & Opportunity Scouting – for managing the study of unmet needs and the scouting of new opportunities to pursue.
5. Innovation Design – for managing the design of new innovations like new products, services, and experiences.
